What would Oppo do? (Hypothetical edition)

As some of you may have heard, my family may be moving to Kelowna later this year. In the event that this occurs, the cutlass will be driven cross-Canada. If it blows up halfway through, I have two options.

1: fix what’s broken with used parts.

2: donate it to a fellow opponaut, and buy an Astro/Safari.

I really don't want to let go of the cutlass, but if it is severely damaged, I might have to cut my losses. What would Oppo do?

257,000 Kms, a THM250-C, the Rockies, and my luck say it will probably blow. We don't have a vehicle capable of towing. If you're willing to collect it from Canada, you're first on my list.

A little positive thinking, please! It will make it. Just be sure to bring some rudimentary tools, spare belt and radiator hose, coolant and duck tape plus some thin stiff wire. And if it doesn’t make it?

I'll bring hoses, hose clamps, tools, coolant, ATF, oil, JB weld, duct tape, RTV, spare filters and bulbs, stiff wire, a soldering kit, an inverter, jumper leads, muffler cement, my tool kit, and some sheet metal, along with an extra set of wheels and tires.
